I call my last 15 hours a little bit of a Spanish craze phase.. with U -tube vdos about spanish music, their dance forms and even about the food.. suddenly, bengali seems to be losing its place as the most charming language..

anyway, it all started with last evenings as we landed up in the 'cuban libre' a new pub at ClarkQuay - when we got there i was grumbling about how I had to contend with another foreign language (still grappling with my issues with English).. but to my complete surprise, last night was an awesome experience..

for one, the spanish singer - she was awesome looking.. and when she sang in her semi-husky voice it didnt matter what she sang.. and maybe its just the charm of an un-understoon language but the lyrics just seemed to add to it all - the entire song was one full sensual wave..

and that was just the singer and the band, the cool part was yet to come.. the couples on the floor dancing.. wow.. what grace and what movement.. none very good looking and mostly middle aged but they made us feel so inadequate that I cannot articulate it well enough.. u know the kind that makes you feel like going a couple of years back and reliving it with a cpl of changes (like salsa lessons etc)..

of course, the entire feeling may have been accentuated due to the spirit in my bloodstream, but its completely worth it..

So now, the Europe back trip looks more and more likely - with a long stopover in spain :) .. who all in?
